Who we are and what we do!

First of all let us start by telling you what we don’t do and who we are not! We DO NOT hire temporary employees, nor are we a temp agency. In our hiring process we carefully screen each and every employee, drug testing, training and updating any and all tickets they currently carry. If there is a specific ticket or certification they need for the job, we ensure they have prior to stepping onto your site. We give our employees full company benefits, paid training and have an excellent apprenticeship program in place for our dedicated and loyal employees. We also hold copies of all safety certification and tickets held by EACH employee and they are available to you at any time.

Having an extensive background in construction, I know the demands and deadlines that need to be met on residential, commercial and industrial sites. We have certification as a WHMIS Trainer , TDG Trainer, Fall Arrest Trainer (OSSA Certified), First Aid Level C with AED, Disability Management, H2S Alive, Leadership for Safety Excellence, Principles of Health & Safety, Auditor Training, and have gone to college for Business Administration. Using my expertise, training and education we know we are the best solution to your needs for Manpower, management and specialized training.

We do not make light of the safety needs on site and take safety very seriously. You will find full access to our Health & Safety Manual on this website. Please browse through it and enjoy your read.

We have a variety of employees ranging from heavy equipment operators to skilled labourers, and from concrete form workers to Red Seal Journeyman Carpenters and everything in between. We cover all WCB expenses, carry $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance, and file all the mandatory remittances.

If you are in need of any employees not mentioned, or more of than mentioned, please let us know as we like to do local recruiting as well to support the communities involved. We not only work in Alberta but in BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and the North West Territories.. If there is a need to work outside of these areas we would take whatever steps necessary to make sure we are in compliance with all the WCB/WSIB/WSCC and the applicable Compensation Board Standards as per Provincial Legislation.

Through her experience in construction Jessie Williams knew there was a high demand for a third party to handle the hiring of manpower, on a level more specifically designed to meet the needs of construction organizations. Personally having worked in the construction field for about 15 years, Jessie has physically endured the challenges companies face on a daily basis. From labouring to concrete form work, deficiencies and finishing to management, Jessie's knowledge and training has given her a leading edge to screening and preparing employees to be prepared to meet deadlines with a competent team. Having certification as a WHMIS Trainer , TDG Trainer, Fall Arrest Trainer, First Aid Level C with AED, Disability Management, H2S Alive, Leadership for Safety Excellence, Principles of Health & Safety, Auditor Training, and Business Administration, she not only understands the daily needs on any construction site, she surpasses the standard “norm”.

We are optimistic that we have seen the worst of this economy, but are realistic in our expectations of the hard climb out of the recession. Economic recovery will begin with job creation and stabilization. Through training the right individuals to be able to perform the jobs at hand takes determination, and dedication on everyone's part.
